Michael Atcheson currently serves as a board member of the Lee’s Summit Economic Development Council and as commissioner on the Lee’s Summit Planning Commission. He also serves in various leadership positions for other development organizations within the city. In addition to real estate brokerage, Mike is the managing partner of multiple real estate companies specializing in acquiring, financing, master developing, and managing of shopping centers, office parks and residential communities. To date, millions of square feet of property have been developed representing approximately one-half billion dollars of local improvements.

R. David Edwards is a Missouri State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers. He has been an active real estate appraiser for more than 20 years. David also serves on the Board of Directors of the Independence Council for Economic Development. His background includes extensive experience for such entities as Automated Information Management, Inc., and Fluor Daniel, Inc. where he performed real estate and appraisal services for the Federal Aviation Administration, National Weather Service and various state and local governments.

Larry Haas holds Certified Public Accountant certificates for both Missouri and Kansas. After leaving a position with Arthur Andersen more than 25 years ago, Larry became involved in real estate and, subsequently, began specializing his practice to the development of entrepreneurs and real estate investors.
